All fine, but cleanliness issues.

i recently stayed at this charming hotel and was pleasantly surprised. the spacious room offered a stunning bay view that made my stay unforgettable. the friendly staff were always willing to help, making this quick stop exceed my previous experiences in isla mujeres.

the elevator was out of order.

Bahía Chac Chi is just a block away from the ferry, making it super easy for us with bags. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ocean view from our room was fantastic! We loved being close to North Beach and the local eateries.

My wife says that the elevator was out of order during our stay, which made things a bit tricky for us on the higher floors.

This place suits me perfectly! With excellent wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security, I feel safe and comfortable. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace, making it memorable. I highly recommend it!

The culinary scene nearby was to die for, with places like Luna Grill and Miramar serving mouth-watering dishes. Plus, the ocean view from my room gave me all the feels! Great access to central Isla and Playa Norte for beach vibes.

Breakfast on the rooftop had a great view, and it was a nice way to start the day. The staff accommodated my early arrival, which was appreciated. I found the bar in the lobby had good deals on buckets of beer, and the pool was refreshing after a hot day. However, the noise from the street at night was bothersome, especially when trying to sleep. My room had a clean appearance, but the shower needed maintenance due to a broken handle. The comforter had a noticeable stain, which could be improved. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a fantastic location just a short walk from the ferry and local beaches. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with smiles and helping with any requests. Our room had a nice view, was clean and comfortable, and the daily bottled water was a nice touch. The only downside was the shower pressure, which could use some improvement.
