Had a quite comfortable stay overall. the room was modern with very efficient air conditioning. - the staff was incredible. - the breakfast had a variety of nice options, was very tasty, and incredibly nice. - the location was marvelous near the main street and a church.

Unbeatable and wonderful location to get to main street and a church located steps away from the hotel. Breakfast with baked sweets and basic options like cereal, as for instance. Excellent service, parking on-site.

The venue is well priced and wonderful. Excellent food plus fairly friendly and amiable staff. Reasonably large rooms with a balcony! A good choice of different restaurants and lovely restaurants to eat outside the hotel: )

This place has a great location near the beach and downtown, and the room amenities like a safe, climate control, and mini-bar were impressive, with excellent services available.

The hotel hosts were really friendly and they help you with all your request. The room was spacious and designed well.

The room was smelly. It would have been perfect if the smell wasn't there. We switched a couple of rooms to run away from the smell, but then realize all the rooms smelled the same. It was a stuffy or damped smell.

The location is very central, a short walk to North Beach and restaurants, with lots of bars, restaurants and the town center nearby. the units are soundproof and offer a lovely view. - the staff is super friendly and pleasant.

Absolutely perfect! Brand new rooms, great huge bed, clean, spacious, 2 minute walk from town and the main beach, and a really cute pool. Would absolutely reccomend this hotel to anyone going to Isla Mujeres.

Bright, modern hotel located very close to the ferry terminal on the island. Rooms were clean and modern and we had good sea views. Golf cart was arranged through the hotel which was brilliant for the island. Continental breakfast was adequate. Close enough to all things to see and do on the island (15min walk, 5min by golf cart)

The hotel is perfectly located 3 minutes from the harbour and 5 minutes to the North Beach and to centre of the town. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff was very friendly and generous, the rooms were large, compfortable and clean and reasonable price. We originally planned a one night stay and eventually stayed three! We enjoyed the hotel very much and will recommend it!

It would be better to serve breakfast a bit later than 9:00 for those who prefer waking up late.
